I'm an elderly lady and am often in the Madison area. I GREATLY appreciate the Comfort Station facility. Does the mayor and the various city officials realize there is a man and woman living as husband and wife LIVING at the Comfort Station?? What's the deal here? Can they be relocated, please? We wanted to reach out and make you aware that there were rumors this morning of a potential threat at the high school. We are communicating with all families as we realize there are siblings in other schools.

After a thorough search and investigation, this was determined to be rumors from an overheard conversation regarding school shootings in other states. Students in the office overheard conversations and then took to social media and contacted parents.

If Henderson, a man who would have kept Courtney in check and a great councilman, couldn't beat Chatham then I doubt Dattilo has a chance. It's the climate we're in. Look at the last few election cycles. Dattilo is the victim of a party that has gone off the deep end. Not him.

Dan is such a good guy. It really isn't in his personality makeup to question things time and time again. If elected I don't see him having the stones to stand up to various groups who will need be to told no. It just isn't in him to be the leader and make the tough decisions. He is a quality person make no mistake. Great for this community. I think he needs to find somebody who can help him in these types of situations.

Where’s the Money - I don’t know what council meetings you’re watching but Dan sure doesn’t fight and question that often. He’s probably third behind Thevenow and Chatham. It’s too bad, too. As the only democrat on Council he should have fought against the mayors spending binge tooth and mail since it started.

I read Dattilo's: "My Vision and Plans for Madison".
Looks like his team found a decent website on the web to copy his plan from; plagiarism is alive and well in Madtown.
I really didn't think the local democrat committee was sharp enough to come up with a real plan(history repeats itself).
Most of Dattilo's new plan is the same ole stuff most politicians have to say that covers everything from A to Z. I would like to hear some new fresh ideas, not word salad, instead of the status quo. I don't want to hear the BS trying to get a vote, some real issues affecting ALL the citizens of this city not just voters or party.

Just asking oldmadison readers about Dan Dattillo. I am going to vote for Dan think he is a great guy. However, the man voted and rubberstamped everything the current Mayor has done over the past three years. Outside of having new people running committees and different department heads. Do you think things will really change for the better?
