According to Bob Courtney, the mayor of Madison, the shooting took place in the parking lot of Madison Precision Products shortly after 11 a.m. That's at 94 East 400 North, just north of the Madison city limits.

Courtney said the shooting was the result of a fight between the victim and another person on the scene.

Mr. Crozier will not have to resign from the Jail Holding Company. The Holding Company is not considered to be a lucrative office. However, Mr. Crozier did give his notice of resignation from the Jefferson County Board of Zoning Appeals effective the end of 2022.

I noticed that Andy Crozier was sworn-in as Monroe Township Trustee! Does that mean that he will have to resign from the Holding Company for the new jail! Would it not be a conflict of interest to hold both positions?

I’ve gotten several calls and one email about the downtown pool , taxes & how Courtney’s going to pay for things. I’ll try to get a report to you in the next day or two. In the mean time yes it’s true, Bob is pressuring city council to “all agree” and “everyone be on the same page”- which translates to its an election year & Bob knows if any aspect is discussed publicly it will not be received well by citizens. Bottom line a politician that says something is “tax neutral” is either lying or totally confused or incompetent if they think borrowing money and paying more interest over time doesn’t cost the tax payer MORE in the long run. Just because you don’t raise taxes doesn’t mean you aren’t spending more tax dollars. I’ll get back when I get a little time. Tjh

So glad people are stepping up to help the boys and girls club but there’s a dark side behind the scenes. Thanks to Ray Black the b n g club got into all
kinds of money problems. He didn’t just take money he “forgot” all about our retirement account. Then came the next lady who flat out stole and the next lady who happens to be one of Bobby C’s lady friend Ms Crawford who skrewed up our paperwork so bad we can’t get certain grants. So here we are again running around the county begging money for dollars to match a grant just so we can hire someone to raise more money cause we can’t pay our bills year after year. Guess how much the b n g lost over the last couple of years. If you don’t know , you should start asking. We have some good people and great families but the same old people on the board just keeping letting thieves take over management. Maybe the new guy will be different. Until then I sure do hope your donation goes to the kids and programs instead of somebodies pocket .

Subject: Something different for a change. I've seen a lot of Christmas parades on Facebook. A lot of them took place at nighttime. A lot of vehicles of different kind of vehicles were decorated and in the parades. Firetrucks were decorated with a variety of light colors and had colored lights that were part or the trucks' emergency lights. Madison ought to do that sometime instead of the morning parade. The banks could assemble at the fountain area after the parade and play something as Santa lights the city's tree. New idea?

I can't believe these $A guys. They have a "FEEDING" program.

I have a "FEEDING program for my cattle and farm animals.

My wife has a "MEAL" schedule for the rest of us and pooch.

Yes, they think of us poor people as nothing more than a bunch of cattle.

As JB said, they are just an out of touch cult begging for your dollars.
